Organisation
The foundation has a Board of Directors that chooses the foundation’s CEO. The foundation also has a delegation that selects the board members for the Board of Directors. The foundation’s management must act carefully to promote the realization of the foundation’s purpose and interests
At least 30 and a maximum of 49 members are appointed to the foundation’s delegation so that the members represent a cross-section of the society. The delegation’s duties include selecting its members, chairperson and vice chairperson, appointing board members, and choosing the foundation’s auditors.
